It was rooted in CER.live security ranking platform and in **Q2 2026**, CER.live is being migrated into CORE3, introducing **Probability of Loss (PoL)** digital asset risk scoring framework. The rationale behind this transition is clear: CER.live's security-only focus limited our ability to introduce broader best practices and industry standards, and to meaningfully raise the bar for risk assessment in the market.
