# CORE3 Platform Components

> Crypto risk scoring, workspaces, and APIs — the building blocks of CORE3's unified trust and self-regulation system.

CORE3 is composed of several interdependent components designed to work together as a unified trust, transparency, and self-regulation system. Each component can be used independently, but the full value of CORE3 emerges when they are combined.

## Project probability of loss (PoL) — crypto project risk assessment

**Probability of Loss (PoL)** is CORE3's unbiased, shared, and data-driven metric designed to reflect a project's risk exposure on a scale from 0 (Exceptional) to 100 (Critical risk). The metric was designed to create a unified risk language on the crypto market, suitable for investors, builders, and institutions.

The Project PoL Rating provides a structured assessment of a project's **risk of financial loss or operational failure**. It evaluates:

The Project PoL Methodology defines the **rules, inputs, and assumptions** used to calculate Project PoL Ratings. It includes:

Access levels, data scope, and rate limits are tied to subscription tiers, ensuring **secure and controlled distribution** of CORE3 data while maintaining integrity guarantees. CORE3 APIs serve as a crypto data provider for institutions and ecosystem partners requiring machine-readable risk intelligence.

For **AI agent and LLM integrations**, CORE3 also exposes a public **MCP server** (`core3`) with read-only tools for PoL scores, project metrics, and Proof of Voice—no API key required.
